This booklet published in 2015 from the pen of Michael O’ Dwyer emphasises the beautiful features of Emly Parish Church namely the stained glass windows and the magnificent carvings on the pillars. The carvings and stained glass windows were skilfully photographed by Michael Hennessy which reveal their great beauty. The pictorial representations on the windows and the symbols on the carvings are aptly explained.
There is also an introductory history of the background to the building of the church and details of the stained glass window makers Mayer of Munich, Tur Gloine from Dublin and James Watson from Youghal.
